This project was one brand in a 3 brand exercise. The Detroit Airport was taking submittals from a variety of restaurant groups for a variety of locations in their terminal expansion. Working with the Shostak Restaurant Group, this brand started out as something totally different. This final solution was created after an exciting partnership with a local Detroit musician arose.

Building off of the personality and brand that surrounded the musician, I created this space from the ground up. Starting with the planning and material palette, every corner was a deliberate decision stemming from the question, “would this musician hang here?”. The entire process from concept to final presentation documentation took 1 month (for 3 unique brands).
