Working as a volunteer on their infrastructure committee, I developed these renderings as a concept for renovating, and slightly expanding, their aging patio. These renderings were used to establish a budget with the board, gain their approval, and ultimately creating visuals to build member excitement. I developed the initial planning, landscaping, lighting, and structural concepts. Revisions were made live in our committee meetings and renderings were generated the next day.
